The Bollywood Dance Workout with Hemalayaa

Tired of walking without a destination in your ipod ellipse while walking through the same song for what seems like the ten thousandth time? If so, then it is, AOS time to try something different and the implementation of this DVD is definitely a change from the routine.

The Bollywood Dance Workout with Hemalayaa is 50 minutes of stretching and cardio dance moves that teach classical Indian music. If you do, Are not familiar with the term Bollywood, the nickname given to the AOS Indian film industry, which produces more films and sells more tickets than any other country (yes, even America). Many of these figures show the film songs and dances of life and it is from this that the instructor Hemalayaa takes his cue.

The recording begins with a thorough warm up and stretching routine before entering the move instructions step-by-step respectively. For the most part, easy to follow and Hemalayaa emphasize that, AOS is more important to have fun and keep moving than to get every step right.

After him, the AOS to go through all the major steps you need to know All, video capture and real work-out begins. Hemalayaa and back-up dancers to make your move with a different combination of dance and encourage viewers to personalize and create their own movements. At first I felt rather stupid shaking my hips, hair and my living room (with a smile, which often encouraged) but after a bit I began to enjoy myself and let loose to the music.

Video ends with more stretching and cooling, although speed is not so heavy that I really felt I needed it. My only complaint is that all my knee was not mentally ill and make me a little, AOT feel the same fatigue level as I did after serving on the treadmill (which could be a good thing or bad, depending on your destination). However, I certainly feel all the movements in belly-shaking my abs later.
